What is the BPH E-Payment (epay)?

It is a service customer to pay online:

• Merchants and buyers get an online confirmation immediately after the bank has

• Merchant will easily track sales and get day-end electronic reports of intra-day transactions
  over the internet.

Merchant funds can be available as soon as the next business day after the settlement.

Is my credit card number safe?

Yes. How the payment is process?

The purchase process on our site is very simple and should require no more than 2 or 3 minutes to complete all four steps.

Step 1 – Register for membership

Please select your username and password and complete an application form by  providing Last Name, First Name (as shown in your credit card), current address, contact phone number, and email address which will be used to automatically reply with confirmation of your purchase.

Step 2 – Select item

Once you select the item you would like to purchase, clicked 'Paid by Credit Card', a page will be displayed with all of the selected item details including the total cost.

Each fare is associated with specific terms and conditions. You must review and agree to those terms and conditions prior to the purchase of an item. Click the "Here" button to review the associated terms and conditions in a separate window.

Once you have reviewed the terms and conditions, you must click “Confirm” on the page. It will be displayed K-payment gateway, an online payment system by KASIKORNBANK

Step 3 – Credit Card Information

To complete purchase, you must fill out the credit card details including: Credit Card type (Visa or Mastercard), Credit Card Number (16 numbers on the face of your card), CVV/CVC code which is on the reverse side of your card, First and Last name of the card holder (as it appears on the card), and expiration date which appears on the face of your card.

Important!

We do not store your credit card information in our system. All payment details are immediately passed on to the credit card processing center. This policy helps us to secure your personal and credit card information against unauthorized use.

Once all payment details are completed, please click "Pay Now" and your credit card will be charged.

Step 4 - Payment and Confirmation

Your payment will be processed and your purchase is confirmed. You will be directed to the Purchase Confirmation page. Congratulations, you have completed the online purchase process. Thank you for your purchase.

Your purchase on the selected item is complete. On the Payment screen, all of your details are once again displayed.
Once your purchase is confirmed, our system will automatically send you a purchase confirmation email to the email address specified in your information profile.

Please print the confirmation from the Purchase Confirmation page by clicking 'Print'. Please retain the confirmation details for your records.

What is cancellation policy?

All Purchases will require full payment. There will be no refund for customers who do not show up, or for cancellations made known less than 7 days before the date of arrival for the hotel. Any cancellations or major changes must be made within 24 hours for full refund.
